• Strong collaboration skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and enhance manuscripts with emphasis on clarity, narrative structure, voice, and market alignment.
• Provide detailed editorial feedback and perform advanced line editing, copyediting, and content restructuring.
• Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in plot, character development, and thematic continuity.
• Contribute to creation of editorial guidelines to inform AI model development.
• Draft, revise, and polish editorial commentary ensuring constructive, actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders through written and verbal discussions to communicate edits and recommendations.
• Support quality control by reviewing and refining AI-generated editorial work for accuracy and style.
