You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. This remote role (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship) offers compensation of $110,000–$170,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in BI/Analytics engineering roles.
• Advanced to expert SQL skills.
• Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
• Proficient in Tableau or Power BI; Python or R knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of reporting data and pipeline.
• Diagnose and explain changes in KPIs.
• Create clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and user insights reports.
• Architect data models to support data democratization.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on unlock data projects.
• Act as a trusted partner to marketing and product teams.
