We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for a 4‑month contract. The role is remote, with availability for PST hours and a start as part-time, expanding to 40 hours per week in January 2027.

You will identify KPI projections, collaborate across teams to ensure robust measurement, and build interactive dashboards using Improvado, Snowflake, and Tableau. This position is a W2 contract.

Qualifikationen

• MS in a quantitative field preferred (e.g., math, economics, statistics).
• 3–5 years' experience with marketing and web analytics data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Expertise with Tableau and Snowflake; strong data modeling.
• Hands-on with Improvado, GA, Meta, Google Ads/SA360, Campaign Manager 360.
• Strong data cleansing, merging, pivoting of messy datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to clients.

• Identify campaign KPIs and develop projections to forecast performance.
• Partner with digital media, ad operations, and communications teams to ensure robust tracking and measurement methodologies before launch.
• Integrate data from disparate platforms to answer key business questions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Provide initial optimization recommendations leveraging media platform familiarity.
• Serve as the go-to expert for the data stack (Improvado, Snowflake, Tableau) and troubleshoot performance.
