Job summary

The Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities seeks a Senior Behavioral Analyst (OPS) to provide consultative behavioral analysis across group homes, providers, and community stakeholders, ensuring services align with statutes, rules and memoranda of understanding. This is a Telework position supported by statewide resources and collaboration with regional staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and must be willing to travel.
• Minimum 3 years of Behavior Analysis professional experience.
• Master’s degree per BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct reviews of behavior plans for LRC meetings and prepare materials.
• Chairs LRC meetings and ensures documentation is accurate and distributed.
• Complete BASE forms and eligibility determinations for IB/BF residential homes.
• Provide training and technical assistance on regulatory practices related to behavioral services.
• Collaborate with regional staff to address client progress, placement, and safety concerns.
• Maintain regional dashboards and contribute to monthly regional summaries.
