Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-scale cloud migrations and architecture.
• Proven ability to lead architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and migration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and assessment of infrastructure for AWS migration.
• Define target landing zone architecture and migration roadmaps.
• Design infrastructure using EC2, ECS/EKS, FSx, EFS, Route 53, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink.
• Lead AI-driven migration enablement with Agentic and Claude services.
• Develop AI agents, workflows and automation for migration activities.
• Plan migration waves with dependency analysis and prioritization.
• Oversee migration execution with AWS MGN and modernization to ECS/EKS.
• Oversee OS upgrades, security hardening and compliance.
• Enforce IaC standards with Terraform and reusable patterns.
• Integrate CI/CD and automation for cloud operations.
• Mentor architects and engineers; engage with executive stakeholders.
