We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a qualified attorney for a 100% remote insurance defense/ products liability role. The position emphasizes tort and products liability work with strong writing and research expectations, under senior mentorship in a trial-focused practice.

The role offers exposure to complex cases, competitive compensation up to $275k plus bonus, and full benefits. California Bar is required; remote work from anywhere with CA defense exposure is supported.

Qualifications

• Tort, products liability, and general liability experience preferred.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Defense-side mindset with litigation focus.

Responsabilités

• Defense-side litigation in tort/GL/products/catastrophic injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Handle depositions and work with clients and opposing counsel.
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work.
