Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field (CS, stats, math, EE, or equivalent).
• 8+ years applying machine learning or advanced statistical modeling in industry.
• Proven experience with large-scale data sets, experimentation, and production ML with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applied ML models and algorithms.
• Architect scalable data pipelines for prep, feature engineering, training, and serving in collaboration with data/software teams.
• Mentor and coach other scientists and engineers, review designs, and promote responsible AI practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field
