Job summary

Fathom Management is seeking a Sr. Integration Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise integrations across apps, APIs, and cloud environments. You will combine backend development with API integration and architecture to drive standards and best practices.

The role covers the full lifecycle from design through production support, with opportunities to lead technical direction across teams and customer projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development in Java/Python/JS/TS.
• Experience designing and developing APIs and system integrations.
• Proficient with REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
• Cloud experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and API security basics.
• Ability to define integration standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end integration solutions across apps, APIs, and cloud infra.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure integration solutions.
• Build backend services and APIs using modern languages and platforms.
• Implement secure API access, versioning, and error handling.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across systems.
• Support CI/CD and multi-environment deployments.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
