CVS Health is seeking a remote, mobile recruitment professional to build and manage the dental provider network for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare. You will identify, engage and contract quality dentists while promoting access and affordability for members.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in provider relations or healthcare contracting, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency with Excel, and willingness to travel up to 20% for recruiting projects.

Formación

• 2+ years in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects.
