CVS Health is seeking a remote recruiter to build and manage dental networks for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare programs. You will recruit providers, ensure access and affordability for members, and grow contracted networks while supporting profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in provider relations or related healthcare fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel as needed for recruiting projects. 40 hours/week, full-time.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in provider relations, network management, or healthcare contracting.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for recruiting projects.
