TheyDo is seeking a senior product designer to shape the human-AI relationship within our AI-powered journey platform for large enterprises. You will collaborate with a remote, diverse team to transform ambiguous 0→1 problems into concrete, user-centric experiences using AI capabilities.

The role requires a portfolio that demonstrates strong design judgment, fluency in AI-first design processes, and a proactive mindset suited to enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• A strong product designer with a portfolio showing judgment on ambiguous 0→1 problems.
• Fluent in AI-first design processes, prototyping with modern models to generate embedded solutions.
• A proactive ideator who thrives in complex, enterprise-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Design the human-AI relationship within TheyDo, balancing user control with AI automation as trust grows.
• Define new interaction patterns for expressing intent and getting dependable results, including handling edge cases like waiting and errors.
• Partner with PM, engineering, and research to turn AI capabilities into coherent, useful experiences.
