Job summary

You will work with engineering, product, and architecture teams to design a unified AI platform, multi-agent orchestration, and a robust context management strategy across sessions. Required: 10+ years in software/ML architecture and 5+ years in enterprise AI, with hands-on experience building real-time and batch ML pipelines, RAG architectures, and governance practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review current AI initiatives and identify consolidation opportunities.
• Design reference architecture for multi-agent orchestration and context flow.
• Develop RAG architecture including chunking, retrieval, and grounding.
• Establish prompt governance, versioning, A/B testing, and observability.
