Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a product-driven team delivering production-grade AI components that drive enterprise decision-making. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, real-time signal processing, and planning engines, shipping features used by real customers.

You will design, build, and operate the AI components that make our platform intelligent and trustworthy, including signal detection, correlation engines, and tool definitions for a scalable hub-and-spoke

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features used by real customers.
• Hands-on experience orchestrating agents with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in prompt design, RAG, function-calling, and evaluation-driven development.
• Production-grade engineering: tests, CI/CD, observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI components that are production-ready for our platform.
• Develop an LLM-powered correlation engine returning root causes, confidence, and evidence chains.
• Implement planning rules and a deterministic Monte Carlo scheduling interface.
• Create regression suites, A/B testing, and calibration pipelines for safe model changes.
• Define LLM-ready tool specs for runtime use in a hub-and-spoke agent architecture.
