Job summary

NFP is seeking a Senior Client Consultant to interact with clients daily, prepare applications and marketing strategies, and lead as the primary contact for clients. The role supports a Long Island–South Hampton, NY office with remote options for experienced Personal Risk/HNW servicing.

The candidate will handle large accounts, negotiate with carriers, and coordinate with claims as part of a comprehensive service approach.

Qualifications

• Experience writing/servicing policies in NY.
• Typically more than 7 years of industry and product line experience including servicing.
• Personal Lines/PCG coverage experience required.
• Familiarity with major markets such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, Cincinnati, Berkley One and PURE.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• CRM experience required; EPIC experience highly desired.
• BA/BS preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with training.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily and maintain relationships with client and carrier representatives.
• Prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business and renewals with minimal supervision.
• Serve as lead consultant and primary point of contact for clients.
• Work on large, complex accounts with large premiums and multifaceted coverages.
• Coordinate with Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients.
• Maintain updates to exposures, driver information, forms and endorsements to avoid E&O claims.
