Job summary

Esri is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform Engineer to support and scale our AEP and Real-Time CDP implementations, focusing on data collection, governance, and platform optimization.

You will design data flows using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams; manage XDM schemas and identity stitching, and enable cross‑channel activation with CJA within a collaborative Adobe Experience Cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture.
• Hands-on with AEP, AEP Data Collection (Launch) and Adobe Web SDK.
• Experience with Real-Time CDP and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong JS/HTML/CSS for web instrumentation.
• Knowledge of XDM, data modeling, and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Own and support enterprise implementations of AEP and Real-Time CDP.
• Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, datastreams.
• Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies.
• Develop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection across multi-domain environments.
• Develop, troubleshoot and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in CJA.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies.
• Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks.
• Define and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards (ACDL/EDDL).
• Enable audience segmentation and activation, and integrate datasets into CJA for cross-channel insights.
• Implement and manage consent and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), including integration with OneTrust.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
