Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development or delivery.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning and building technical roadmaps.
• Proven track record of solving complex technical issues across multiple technical or domain areas.
• Deep knowledge of ad-tech business fundamentals and understanding how technology can solve business problems while translating business vision into technical strategy and understanding financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set the technology strategy for advertising technology systems, including DSP, SSP, and ad servers.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions for new capabilities, balancing long-term versus short-term tradeoffs.
• Guide design, development, and operationalization of software and infrastructure engineering initiatives across multiple product portfolios and drive adoption.
• Lead and approve engineering efforts to meet functional and non-functional requirements, helping teams solve complex business challenges through current technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering leaders to build a high-performing engineering team and provide technical management, training, motivation and participate in the selection of technical skill.
• Act as an idea leader and actively contribute to the external technical community.
