The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive regulatory compliance and risk mitigation while shaping department strategy with data-driven insights. The position supports a remote work model in the United States, with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in accreditation, compliance, licensing, healthcare operations, quality management, risk management, analytics, process improvement, or program implementation.
• Minimum 3 years in process improvement, data analytics, compliance, risk management, or program management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation readiness activities and support external reviews, audits, and surveys.
• Monitor compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Analyze performance measures and quality outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
