SuperOrdinary is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for US Revenue & Operations Accounting. This 6-month contract-to-hire role is 100% remote for candidates based in the U.S., reporting to the Director, Revenue & Operations Accounting.

You will own core revenue and operations accounting responsibilities and collaborate cross-functionally to support close processes and reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, Revenue Accounting experience, ASC 606 knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• 1+ years of Revenue Accounting experience required.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience with Expensify is a plus.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer products desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilités

• Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Record, reconcile, and manage revenue transactions in NetSuite for multiple entities.
• Apply ASC 606 and SOX 404 to revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Ensure cost of goods sold and inbound freight are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with operations to reconcile inventory with 3PL providers.
• Manage AR aging and related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end financial reporting packages for global Finance.
• Support ongoing NetSuite ERP improvements and year-end audit requests.
