Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and general ledger systems.
• Healthcare finance experience preferred.
• CPA credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly results vs budget and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly market billing, invoicing per contracts.
• Monitor A/R balances, collections, aging analysis.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle to ensure revenue is correctly accounted.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform month-end close analysis.
• Support annual financial statement audits.
• Maintain internal controls and data integrity.
• Support Staff Accountant with complex issues.
• Maintain confidentiality.
