Supporting Strategies | South Seattle is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a part-time, work-from-home role. The position focuses on remote bookkeeping, client relationships, and financial reporting across multiple clients.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 5+ years of full-cycle accounting, with at least 1 year using QuickBooks or NetSuite. Hours align with 8:00 am–5:00 pm in multiple US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience with multi-client work.
• 1+ years using QuickBooks or NetSuite for transactional accounting.
• Ability to work during traditional business hours across EST/CST/MST/PST.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients remotely.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
• Onboard and support multiple client engagements within defined processes.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and manager.
