The role is part of General Accounting and supports day-to-day accounting processes and procedures. The position is remote, full-time, and offers a compensation range of $65,500 to $70,000 per year plus bonus eligibility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial documents including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and payroll.
• Close month-end accounting entries and reconcile balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Review variance explanations and forecast changes to the business.
• Track accounts receivable and ensure payments are properly recorded; resolve issues.
