Job summary

Confidential, a back-office partner for creators and creator-led businesses, seeks a Remote Senior Accountant to own month-end close, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and tax prep coordination across multiple client entities. Expertise in QuickBooks Online, AP/AR, and client onboarding is essential.

Applicants must reside in the United States. The role offers a full-time, fully remote arrangement with collaboration across CPAs and EAs, growth potential, and exposure to tax season work

Qualifications

• Deep experience with QuickBooks Online, multi-entity accounting, and close processes.
• Experience handling bookkeeping across multiple clients or entities.
• Knowledge of entity structures (S-corps, LLCs, C-corps) and flagging issues.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling basics.
• Experience with 1099 filing, payroll coordination, and tax prep coordination.
• Excellent communication with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and reconciliations across multiple client entities in QuickBooks Online.
• Produce monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on schedule.
• Support estimated tax calculations and liaise with CPAs for year-end returns.
• Coordinate payroll processing and AP/AR across client entities.
• Assist with client onboarding, books assessment, and data cleanup.
