Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking an Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role involves managing the accounts payable cycle, preparing journal entries for month-end close, and supporting payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience for Accountant or 4+ for Senior Accountant.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle including invoice review.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and schedules for month-end close.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Support payroll by reviewing and recording payroll journal entries.
• Assist the Controller with audits, tax filings, and ad hoc analysis.
