Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead both strategic and tactical planning efforts that align with client objectives.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and administrative processes to achieve account profitability.
• History of contributing to new business efforts, including idea generation, research, and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and oversee the development and execution of creative and marketing initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts to expand scope and deepen engagement.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Partner closely with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver high-quality, integrated marketing solutions.
• Stay current on marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices, and apply insights to client work.
• Support and occasionally lead new business pitches and presentations as needed.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
