Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team and producers, handling renewals, submissions, and policy maintenance.

You will deliver client-focused service, ensure accuracy in endorsements and billing, and collaborate with the team to provide proactive, compliant service while growing your underwriting knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance industry customer service experience.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day account team activities.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing.
• Support new and renewal business submissions, proposals, and binding.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collections.
