Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Semiconductor Software Engineer for a 100% remote U.S. role. You will design software tooling, firmware, and infrastructure to support semiconductor design, verification, manufacturing, and post-silicon validation.

You will partner with hardware teams to accelerate silicon development cycles, improve yield and performance, and mentor junior engineers. A strong background in C/C++, Python, and EDA workflows is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, EE, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience in semiconductor environments.
• Proficient in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with EDA, verification, or post-silicon workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software tooling, firmware, and infrastructure for semiconductor design.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and EDA teams to accelerate silicon development.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered software solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.
