Inspira Financial is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to align products and services with market needs in a remote-capable role. You’ll drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth by partnering with product marketing, activation, and sales teams to maintain market profiles and craft compelling packaging and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business or growth marketing, strong communication, and experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Marketing or Growth Marketing in a B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Market Research & Testing: Identify trends and needs within verticals and analyze data to spot growth opportunities.
Positioning and Promotion: Develop strategies to differentiate products/services and create compelling campaigns.
Campaign Design: Guide activation teams to deliver integrated campaigns across channels.
Program Management: Monitor campaigns and adjust strategies, reporting progress to stakeholders.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content with internal/external teams for various formats.
Sales Enablement: Provide assets and packaging to help sales teams sell effectively.
Channel Activation: Collaborate with sales partners on co-marketing programs.
Customer Engagement: Build relationships and gather feedback to inform marketing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product, sales, and other departments.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets and ROI.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise between marketing and sales for the unit.
