ACQ seeks an Information Security Lead to elevate security as an operating discipline across the company. You will own security operations, incident readiness, and risk management while guiding ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 practices.

As a hands‑on founder role, you will build repeatable operating systems, lead investigations, and review code with engineering teams. Remote USA with occasional travel to Las Vegas, PT hours.

Formación

• 7+ years of information security experience, ISO 27001 program ownership
• Active CISSP certification or plan to obtain within 6 months
• Ability to review code and identify attack paths in Python/JS/TypeScript
• Proficiency with IaC tools and cloud deployment workflows
• Knowledge of AI/system security controls and governance

Responsabilidades

• Operate ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 with evidence collection, risk management, audits, and improvements
• Lead security operations: logging, detection, incident response, investigations
• Own security operating model: policies, risk acceptance, governance, metrics, awareness
• Manage access, vendors, data protection, classification, retention, and boundaries
• Provide technical assurance by reviewing architecture, code, IaC, IAM, and remediation
• Establish AI security controls: inventories, access, impact assessments, audit trails
