Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Security Engineer to lead technical solutions addressing information security risks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and enforcing security architecture across computing, data, and networking. The role focuses on safeguarding assets and incident readiness.

You will implement security controls, oversee SIEM operations (with Splunk as a plus), conduct risk assessments, and mentor the team on security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in information security.
• Experience implementing security controls across networks, servers, and applications.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance, risk assessment, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions to information security risks and ensure policy compliance.
• Enforce security architecture using the SIEM platform and monitor infrastructure.
• Safeguard security of computing platforms, data, and networking across the corporation.
• Lead security projects as Team Lead and participate in incident response and investigations.
• Perform security baseline discovery and identify gaps against standards.
