Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking an experienced Audit & Security professional to join the GlobalSecurity group. The role focuses on managing audits, controls, evidence, and regulatory readiness across a broad set of compliance programs.

You will partner with business and IT teams to ensure controls are understood, implemented, and tested effectively, while communicating results to leadership and regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field; 6+ years experience or equivalent.
• Certifications in cybersecurity or project management are a plus.
• Experience with audit frameworks (SOC/ISO).

Responsibilities

• Perform audit attestation activities aligning with defined timelines and standards.
• Interpret non-compliance patterns to assess risk impact.
• Own gaps from the audit process and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Work with SMEs to guide controls and required evidence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to convey process details.
• Communicate audit results and analyses to senior management timely.
• Use MS Excel and related systems to measure and report audit metrics.
• Design and mature security controls library and testing criteria.
• Stay current on regulatory rules and changes in the industry.
• Lead meetings on test scope, progress and results.
