MaxIT Consulting — Max Corporate Group is seeking a Security Architecture Expert to define end-to-end technical solutions for highly scalable, low-latency web systems protecting online services and digital transactions. The role is a senior individual-contributor position focused on designing architectures that address bot protection, abuse prevention, attack detection, and web threats at global scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong experience designing large-scale, low-latency web-based distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience defining end-to-end solutions for complex software products.
• Strong understanding of scalability, availability, reliability, and performance in distributed environments.
• Experience with big-data analytics, machine learning, and/or AI-enabled software solutions.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and the SDLC.
• Ability to translate real-world problems into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define end-to-end product designs and high-level technical specifications for new and existing capabilities.
• Design scalable solutions with strong requirements around availability, reliability, performance, and resilience.
• Architect large-scale, low-latency web-based distributed systems.
• Develop solutions supporting bot protection, abuse prevention, attack detection, and web threat mitigation.
• Incorporate big-data analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities into product and detection workflows where appropriate.
• Present technical designs, trade-offs, and recommendations to engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams throughout detailed design and implementation.
• Collaborate across multiple organizations and technical disciplines to deliver complex solutions successfully.
• Research emerging technologies and security challenges and document proposed solutions thoroughly.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy, product evolution, and technology roadmaps.
