Signature Performance is seeking a Security Administrator I to oversee overall user security, provisioning, and access troubleshooting for a remote, nationwide team. The role emphasizes organization, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will manage security solutions, configure user access for new hires and terminations, and collaborate with IT and security colleagues to maintain compliant controls across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with 3 years in technical security.
• If no degree, a minimum of five years in a technical security position is required.
• Knowledgeable of MS Active Directory administration.
• MS SQL Server Permissions and access level knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets security structure.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task.
• Productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of computers, networks, and security systems.
