Job summary

Professional Management Enterprises (PME) seeks a Direct Specialist to ensure new hire contractors meet the C2 Level of Trust Clearance requirements, aligned with DoD directives. The role involves granting secure system access to government staff and subcontractors, auditing access, and data entry across multiple databases.

You will coordinate e-QIP processes, resolve application issues, and support customer service with strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• US Citizenship required and security awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems access to clients' associates and government staff with appropriate online applications.
• Coordinate, administer and audit systems access activities.
• Enter data and grant e-QIP related access.
• Troubleshoot system application issues by communicating with applicants.
