Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a qualified tax professional to help TurboTax Business customers complete complex business tax returns, including partnerships and S corporations.

This remote role leverages video interactions to deliver expert tax guidance and ensure accurate filings. The candidate will possess an active CPA/EA/attorney credential, strong knowledge of federal/state tax laws, and proven experience with business tax software and, ideally, Schedule C.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return experience with partnerships or S-corporations.
• Active unrestricted credential: CPA/EA or practicing attorney.
• 2+ years of personal tax return prep experience.
• Bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with Schedule C and service industry tax returns required.
• Must have PTIN and knowledge of Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional manner.
• Provide tax advice and full service business return prep and signing.
• Assist with product/software inquiries and understand tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and resolve tax questions.
• Meet performance metrics and participate in training and pilot tests.
