Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to provide expert guidance on business tax preparation for Partnerships and S Corporations using TurboTax Business products.

The role is virtual and customer-facing, leveraging video interfaces to assist clients with complex tax scenarios. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of federal/state tax laws, robust experience with business tax returns, and a track record of delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax return prep (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax prep software.
• 2+ years of federal/state individual 1040 prep for clients using commercial tax software.
• Bookkeeping experience preferred (books to tax).
• Experience with Schedule C returns and service industry business tax.
• Must have or obtain state licenses and PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work during peak filing periods (March 15 & April 15).
• Dedicated hardwired internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video and audio tools to provide tax guidance and prepare business tax returns.
• Assist TurboTax Business customers with tax advice, full service return preparation, and product inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and resolve issues based on company policies.
• Meet performance metrics and participate in pilots or projects as needed.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
