This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all related requirements

The base salary begins at $35,568 annually (paid $1,482 twice monthly). Additionally, you can earn commissions ranging from $40k to $500k annually, with no cap on commissions. After the initial period, you’ll be eligible for gpac benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
