Job summary

A leading executive search firm in Minnesota is seeking a Remote Search Consultant. This role offers tremendous earning potential with no cap, along with excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, assisting in filling urgent positions, and connecting clients with qualified candidates. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, enjoy working in a commission-driven environment, and have strong communication skills. Training and continuous support are provided.

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates.

  • Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
  • Cold call,qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently perform high outbound activityto source clients and candidates
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • A degree is preferred but not required
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
