Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer to bridge customers and engineering teams across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore with remote work and travel to SEA, you’ll help evaluate AI workloads, deployments, and performance of Tenstorrent’s platforms.

Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow are essential, along with cloud deployment, hardware/software troubleshooting, and server/PCIe familiarity. English plus Mandarin/Malay are a plus.

Qualifications

Experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML
Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow
Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments
Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Engineering, or related field
Languages: English, Mandarin, and Malay would be a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across Southeast Asia
Understand AI/ML workloads, guide technical evaluations and deployments
Troubleshoot issues across hardware and software and help customers realize platform performance
Travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance and demonstrations
