Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- 0–2 years in network operations and troubleshooting.
- Experience configuring software-defined networks and cloud networking.
- Understanding of SDN concepts and deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud security in AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Willingness to work 24/7 with rotational shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Certifications in Azure/AWS/GCP or in SDN/Python/Ansible/Terraform preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools prompts.
Responsibilities
- Resolve service issues affecting customer experience.
- Work with WAN/LAN, SDN, cloud networking in AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Support, maintain and improve customer experience.
- Track incidents and progress to resolution per SLA.
- Escalate/incidents per procedures.
