Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience with automation frameworks/tools.
• Experience with Java or Python and white box testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, tools and libraries.
• Debug and analyze medium-complexity automation scripts and frameworks.
• Create and run performance test scripts and report results.
• Enforce automation standards and best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure framework meets testing needs.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior test engineers on automation usage.
• Adapt to changing requirements and new technologies while delivering tasks on time.
