• Experience with Mural, ServiceNow, and PowerBI
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Certifications: CSM and SSM

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum team
• Collaborate with technical leads to plan work and support team priorities
• Drive Loss Prevention Epics/Features and initiatives, including stakeholder, communication, vendor, and financial management
• Act as an escalation point for delivery issues
• Support impediment removal and dependency tracking
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure team agreements and adherence to SAFe/Agile practices
• Drive iteration commitments and plan for delivering business value
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters as needed, e.g., Scrum of Scrums
