Job summary

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate servant-hearted leadership and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Experience in developing study materials for various spiritual levels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead revision and QA of SE materials to WA standards.
• Supervise SE content review team and onboard volunteers as needed.
• Develop new SE resources aligned with program strategy.
• Ensure materials are biblically accurate, culturally appropriate, and usable across maturity levels.
• Incorporate field feedback to strengthen SE resources for international partners.
• Track content projects from concept to completion with clear milestones.
• Coordinate with content developers, editors, reviewers, and contributors.
• Maintain the SE content library and ensure access via Teams.
• Occasionally travel internationally to observe field usage and improvements.
• Provide monthly updates and reports to the SE Program Manager.
