Job summary

Parexel is seeking a project-focused professional with a strong science background to support Investigator Studies Program operations. This is a remote role with occasional travel, interacting across stakeholders to advance the TA's scientific and medical affairs strategy.

You will coordinate Congress Operations and contribute to strategic planning for their TA, leveraging Microsoft Office tools and database proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills
• Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate across divisions
• Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders
• Research database proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Contributes within the specific Therapeutic Area (TA) and interacts with a continuum of stakeholders.
• The SLRC is required to ensure that meaningful and collaborative scientific exchange through engagement activities is achieved to globally impact our strategies.
• Key to the role is the optimal management of the operations of client's Investigator Studies Program.
• The SLRC manages Congress Operations activity for the TA.
• Contributes to Congress support for the TA and to the development and refinement of the TA Scientific and Medical Affairs Strategic Plan for Our Company Research Laboratories.
• Ensures oversight of these activities to globally impact the TA's scientific strategy.
