Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of three years editing scientific, medical, or scholarly documents.
• Advanced proficiency with EndNote and reference management.
• Experience with Zotero/Mendeley/RefWorks is expected.
• Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills; strong proofreading and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Edit manuscripts, abstracts, review articles, and related documents for the Program Director.
• Format manuscripts to journal submission requirements.
• Format tables, figures, legends, and supplementary materials.
• Proofread and correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Manage references and ensure accuracy of citations and lists.
• Create, edit, and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality of unpublished data and materials.
