Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a science field.
• Educational background in science or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work long hours at a computer and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment that respects diverse cultures and experiences.
• Facilitate client intake and evaluation processes.
• Develop and facilitate educational goals and teaching methods aligned with program objectives.
• Use an instructional approach rooted in adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to create instructional materials, including social media content.
• Design and administer assessments to determine client needs, interests, learning styles, and progress.
• Collaborate with staff to identify barriers and develop action plans to help clients succeed.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees and clients.
