Job summary

PresenceLearning is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver remote telepractice PT services aligned with IEP goals in a school setting. You will conduct evaluations for eligibility determinations and maintain progress with SOAP notes and quarterly reports.

You will participate in IEP team meetings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines, and collaborate with school staff and families to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state PT license required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MSPT/DPT) required.
• Minimum 1 year of post-master's IEP experience in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide telepractice PT aligned with IEP goals and student objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations for eligibility determinations.
• Complete progress notes and quarterly progress reports.
