Job summary

Huddle Up is seeking a virtual School Psychologist to support Illinois-based schools while delivering psychological assessments and psychotherapy to students across the nation. The role is designed for remote work with licensing in Illinois and flexible scheduling to match school needs.

The position offers a W2 arrangement with hourly pay between $44 and $54, depending on location and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits and cross-licensing support.

Qualifications

• Active SP license in state of residence.
• NCSP or Illinois PEL certificate.
• Experience with virtual sessions.
• School-aged pediatric population experience.
• Ability to commit 20–40 hours weekly.
• Proficient with documentation guidelines and SOAP notes.
• Access to laptop (not Chromebook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological assessment and psychotherapy services to school-based children nationwide using technology and proprietary tools.
• Collaborate with school instructors and clinical mentors to provide outstanding assessments.
• Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings as case manager or process coordinator.
• Provide virtual evaluations to a diverse population of school-aged children.
