Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time school psychologist to provide telehealth and on-site support across three Michigan schools in the Lawrence area.

The role includes assessments, IEP collaboration, crisis intervention, and travel between campuses to support student well-being and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state school psychologist license.

Provide specialized psychological services through telehealth and direct support in educational settings as a full-time school psychologist. This contract position involves working itinerantly across three schools located in nearby communities, enhancing student well-being and learning outcomes through assessments, consultations, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments


• Deliver telehealth services to support student mental health and academic success


• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)


• Offer guidance on behavior management and intervention strategies


• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within school environments


• Travel regularly between three schools to ensure consistent and accessible service delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid school psychologist license required


• Experience providing telehealth services in educational settings preferred


• Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse student populations and school staff


• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations efficiently
