Job summary

Soliant Health in the United States is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to support students’ educational and emotional well-being in a hybrid setting, combining in-person collaboration with remote delivery. The contract runs through the end of the current academic year and starts immediately.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology, a valid license, and experience in K-12 environments.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Current and valid license or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience in a K-12 school environment.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation.
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and families.
  • Tech proficiency for remote service delivery and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create strategies and intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling services, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students.
  • Assist with IEP development and participate in team meetings.
  • Deliver both onsite and remote services: 3 days per week in school, 2 days remote.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Offer guidance and training to school staff as needed.
