Position Details

  • Full-time position (35-37.5 hours weekly)
  • K-12 caseload with emphasis on comprehensive evaluations
  • Virtual assessment administration and report writing
  • Consultation with educational teams and families
  • Support for positive behavior intervention planning
Core Responsibilities
  • Administer comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations via secure virtual platform
  • Conduct cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments remotely
  • Write detailed, actionable psychoeducational reports
  • Present evaluation findings at virtual eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Provide consultation to teachers regarding appropriate interventions
  • Support functional behavior assessment and intervention development
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on educational programming
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Active Michigan school psychologist license
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based assessment experience
  • Knowledge of Michigan special education regulations
  • Experience with virtual assessment preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with major assessment instruments and scoring systems
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Strong virtual communication and consultation abilities
